Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at The Royal Time Hub. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your product.

Requests received after 7 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or replacement.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes (like watch boxes), and accessories that came with it.

Items showing signs of wear, usage, or damage will not be accepted for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at royaltimehub@gmail.com or contact our customer support team at +919929521420 with your Order ID and clear images of the product showing its condition.

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

4. Refunds Process & Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our quality standards. We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking norms.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via COD, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. You will be requested to share your bank account details securely with our support team.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video or photos. We will arrange a free replacement or complete refund for such cases immediately.
